What it is: Defining the right business model requires the same diligence as designing the right product, but the approach and skills required are different.

Our framework includes some clear steps of great value for our client:

  •  Determine the value proposition. This is the first action to take into account. The value proposition must be original and in line with the customers' urgencies and desires.
  •  Target market. Consumers are the basis of the business model. Therefore, determining its main characteristics is a fundamental step.
